CALIFORNIA INFORMATION You have certain rights regarding your personal information if you are a resident of California. Below is an explanation of those rights and how you may exercise them.
You have the right to request, by California law:
Access. Request access to the specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
Deletion. Request deletion of your personal information.
Disclosure. Request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect, the purpose for which we collect, sell or disclose that information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information.
Opt out. Opt out of the “sale” of your personal information.
NON-DISCRIMINATION. By using these rights, you have the right to be free from discrimination. You will not be denied goods or services, you will not be charged a different rate, and you will not receive different discounts because you used any of these rights.
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES. You are able to designate an authorized representative to request data subject rights on your behalf. Verification will be required to show that you did in fact authorize the representative. Your authorized representative will be required to provide your contact details unless the law requires otherwise. You will be contacted to confirm that you authorized the representative, and once we receive your confirmation, we will respond to the rights request.
RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF “SALE” OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell or transfer you personal information to third parties in exchange for money or services, and we will not do so. In certain instances, we will share personal information about you with service providers and third parties for business purposes, including operational, marketing, advertising, and other purposes related to providing the services and products that you are seeking from us.
Though we never receive money for the information that we provide, California law may characterize the share of personal information as a "sale" of personal information.
Minors. When it comes to the data of people under the age of 16, we do not sell it and we do not intend to collect any data of people under the age of 13.
Technical limitations on opt out. There are technical limitations when it comes to our ability to identify data that is related to you, and if you opt out, to prevent the "sale" of any such information. We will not "sell" any information related to you where we are able to reasonably determine that the information relates to you (except where allowed by law).
Opting out is not unsubscribe. Opting out of the "sale" of your personal information has no bearing on whether you will receive marketing messages. If you do not want to receive any marketing emails from us, please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our promotional emails.If you want to unsubscribe from text messages, please follow the unsubscribe instructions for the program that you signed up for.

HOW TO OPT OUT. To exercise your California privacy rights, submit a request at ccpa@mnacase.com and provide the information required. Once we receive your request, we will validate the information you provide and send a message to the email address you provide in the request, asking you to verify that it is your email address. Please follow the instructions in that email to verify your email address. We will begin processing your request once you verify your email address.
