We want to make this as easy as possible for you to make a decision to buy a new bag, so we give you 35 days to try your bag out. If, for any reason you decide that you don’t like it, you can return it for an exchange or a refund within 35 days of your original purchase. Pack your bag, fly with it, take it on an adventure – if it isn’t the right bag for you, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.

If you decide that your bag isn’t the right one for you, we give you a full 35 days to return or exchange it – no questions asked. Just fill out the form at https://mnacase.com/pages/start-a-return and we will take care of the rest.

A couple of notes about our exchange policy. The 35 days does not reset if you exchange your bag – you still only have 35 days from your original purchase to return or exchange your bag. Also, we do not offer refunds for any shipping costs, so if you paid for expedited shipping we do not reimburse you for that.

Our normal policy is that we ship only to the Continental United States. If you are not in the Continental US and you would like to order, send us an email at info@mnacase.com and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Shipping to the Continental United States is always free. We use UPS Ground for your convenience.

We will ship your item out within 1-2 business days (you will receive email updates with the status). 

How long it takes from there depends on the method of shipping. If you use our free, UPS Ground option, it takes anywhere from 1-7 days depending on where you live.

We do not ship out on weekends or national holidays, so orders that would normally ship on those days will ship the next business day.

Unfortunately our shipping providers do not allow us to ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, your order may be delayed or canceled.

When you first receive your bag, the TSA lock is set with the combination 0-0-0. To open your bag, line the three 0s up with the line and push the lock towards the arrow.

To reset your lock, follow these four steps:

1. Turn the dials to the current opening combination (0-0-0 if it is brand new)

2. Press down the Reset Button with a pen or other tool and hold it down.

3. While still holding the reset button, turn the dials to your desired combination

4. Release the reset button and your combination is now set.

Because we sell online, directly to our customers, we are able to sell for much cheaper than other brands who sell through traditional stores. By cutting out the other stores, we cut out the markups that they put on our products and that lets us offer you much lower prices.

All of our carry-ons are made to fit within the dimensions of the sizer that most airlines use. While we cannot guarantee that they will fit on every plane and every airline, we will tell you that they will fit on almost any plane and almost every airline.

We love the Toujours series and its dual opening system because it is so versatile. Want to pack for two people? Put the divider in the middle and give each person a side. Want to do a clean and dirty side? No problem, it works really well for that. The possibilities are endless. But one of our favorite parts is that it gives us an extra exterior pocket to use and eliminates the ugly backside of the luggage.

The center trolley system makes it much easier to push and pull your luggage, making it seem lighter than it is. There is less force on your hand and wrist as you pull your bag which we thought you’d appreciate. The wide trolley also takes up less space in your bag meaning you can pack more. With all of the benefits, we aren’t sure why nobody has ever done it before.

Our bags have a usb plug for charging, but they do not come with a battery. There is a convenient pocket to hold your battery (our bags are compatible with virtually any battery with a usb port) to make it easy to access while you are traveling.
