Shipping policy

Our normal policy is that we ship only to the Continental United States. If you are not in the Continental US and you would like to order, send us an email at and we will see if we can accommodate you.

We will ship your item out within 1-2 business days (you will receive email updates with the status). 

How long it takes from there depends on the method of shipping. If you use our free, UPS Ground option, it takes anywhere from 1-7 days depending on where you live.

We do not ship out on weekends or national holidays, so orders that would normally ship on those days will ship the next business day.

Returns and exchanges

We want to make this as easy as possible for you to make a decision to buy a new bag, so we give you 35 days to try your bag out. If, for any reason you decide that you don’t like it, you can return it for an exchange or a refund within 35 days of your original purchase. Pack your bag, fly with it, take it on an adventure – if it isn’t the right bag for you, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.

If you decide that your bag isn’t the right one for you, we give you a full 100 days to return or exchange it – no questions asked. Just fill out the form at and we will take care of the rest.

A couple of notes about our exchange policy. The 100 days does not reset if you exchange your bag – you still only have 100 days from your original purchase to return or exchange your bag. Also, we do not offer refunds for any shipping costs, so if you paid for expedited shipping we do not reimburse you for that.
