We thank you for purchasing an M&A bag, and we congratulate you for purchasing a well-made, well thought out piece of luggage. We stand behind the quality of our product and we want you to travel with confidence, so we have covered all of our bags with a 10 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a problem does happen with your luggage as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace your bag (at our discretion) at our expense. To file a claim, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get everything started. Once you have received a response from our customer service team, send your luggage, freight prepaid, to the repair facility along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
The M&A warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier.
In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty.
